You've got questions? We've got the answers

General

How long does a project take?

On average, our projects take between 6-8 weeks. However, every project is different, so don't take that as gospel.

How much do you charge for a project?

Honestly, it all depends on the scope of your project and the value we're bringing. Just reach out for a chat, there's no pressure around here.

We have a tight deadline; can you still work with us?

We love a challenge. Reach out, and we'll let you know if it's realistic or not.

Do you work with start-up brands?

Yep, we love working with start-ups. They have passion, grit and ultimately fuel change and innovation.

Do you work with established brands then?

Absolutely. We love working with established brands to help them communicate more effectively in the crowded world we live in.

Whats your issue with category cliches?

They create a sea of sameness in FMCG, brands are harder to shop when they all look, sound, and feel the same. Some category cues have a time and place; our process takes them all into account to decide which ones get the chop to help you stand out properly.

Working with Noramble

How many meetings can we have?

As many as you want. You'll get access to our project management tool, so you'll never feel out of the loop. You'll probably get sick of us to be honest ha.

Do we get a project manager?

Yep. Daniel loves to build relationships with our clients, so you'll work closely and communicate with him throughout your project.

What are your payment terms?

We usually do 50% up front, 25% on concept sign off, and 25% prior to final delivery. But these terms can be discussed if need be. We are flexible; we just want to work with the right people.

We're not based in the UK, does that matter?

Nope. We work with brands all over the world, and we're flexible with communications, so you'll never miss us.

Other Questions

What services do you offer?

We offer two core services to our partners: brand and packaging. We don't spread ourselves too thin.

What if we don't want to rebel against cliches?

Well, we're not the agency for you.

I want to work for Noramble, you sound mega
