Taking a product into a retail store is a daunting journey with many roadblocks; this journey was no different for Betty Tights.

Betty Tights is a brand that sells Italian handmade tights with sexy slogans embroidered.

With the brand wanting to expand into retail, Co-founders Joanna and Charlene approached Noramble for help with their packaging.

A bold and sexy approach to the market

The world of retail is brutal; competition is fierce, and the demand and need for shelf presence grows ever more vital as more and more brands move to bricks and mortar.

We embarked on this project with a primary objective - to make Betty Tights the most attractive and sexy tights on the shelf.

The first port of call was to envision how we wanted the end user to interact with the packaging. How did we want it to open? How did we want it to feel? What experience are we hoping to give the end user?

The packaging structure was a big part of the process

We ended on a foldable slimline box that used a cardboard foldable clasp to secure the products.

Once we nailed the packaging structure, the team took the already-established visual identity. Noramble started to create some visual concepts that consisted of sexy images and punchy typography to help shout on the shelf.

Noramble understood our brand identity and target audience really well, which they then translated into a packaging that perfectly captured our essence.
