With remote working and freedom being a key value within the Made By Shape business, it was becoming more demanding and more challenging to give attention and time to a new starter coming into the business.

The team at Noramble came up with a complete onboarding packaging experience that would set the new starter up with their documents, payroll information and all the tools they would need, including a pen, note pad and mug, of course.
We used the existing Made By Shape visual identity and tone of voice to build the visual aesthetic of the internal packaging. They have been sent out to the last couple of new team members, and apparently, the tenured team members are pretty jealous!
